TRANSMITEK sales staff conduct regular product knowledge training


The TRANSMITEK sales department, together with the R&D center and the testing department, hold product knowledge training and product testing content training every three months (quarterly). The contents of this training are as follows:
 
 
TRANSMITEK Clutch Cylinder:
Clutch cylinder includes clutch master cylinder,clutch slave cylinder, concentric slave cylinder, CSC adapter fitting,pre-filled hydraulic clutch assembly etc.,

Test:
Vacuum tightness: within 5s after the pressure is stabilized under the vacuum degree of -98±2KPa, the pressure rise value of each cavity is ≤0.3KPa;
 
Low pressure tightness: within 10s after the pressure is stabilized under the air pressure of 50KPa, the pressure drop of each cavity is less than or equal to 3KPa;
 
Hydraulic tightness: The hydraulic pressure of 3MPa and 7MPa is established in the main cylinder respectively, and the hydraulic pressure drop within 30s is less than or equal to 0.2MPa;
 
Pressure resistance: The hydraulic pressure drop of the main cylinder assembly is ≤0.25MPa within 5s under the working hydraulic pressure of 20MPa (plastic master cylinder 10MPa), and the product has no rupture and deformation;
 
 
Durability: Test 500,000 times the product under 4MPa hydraulic pressure.

Test:
Vacuum tightness: within 5s after the pressure is stabilized under the vacuum degree of -98±2KPa, the pressure rise value of each cavity is ≤0.3KPa;
 
Sealing: The pressure under pressure is 3 to 5s, and the pressure drop within 10s of the test is less than or equal to 50KPa;
Hydraulic tightness forms a hydraulic pressure of 10MPa inside the master cylinder. After the pressure is stabilized for 3 to 5s, the hydraulic pressure of each chamber within 30s of the test is less than or equal to 0.2MPa;
 
Pressure resistance: establish a hydraulic pressure of 20MPa inside the master cylinder, and each hydraulic pressure drop is less than or equal to 0.25MPa within 5s of the test, and the product has no deformation and deformation;
10 sets method: According to QC/T11-2 "Automobile Hydraulic Brake Master Cylinder Performance Requirements and Frame Test";
 
The advantages of the plunger cylinder compared with the conventional structure:
The plunger-type master cylinder will be the development direction of the master cylinder design in the next few years, and it will become the mainstream of the market in terms of cost and performance. The total length of the plunger cylinder is shortened (space saving), the full stroke is larger, the sealing ring is changed to be fixed in the cylinder groove, and no longer moves with the piston, the internal structure of the cylinder is more complex, and the processing difficulty is too large, which can meet the requirements of ABS at the same time. And the requirements of ESP, the durability is improved, and the safety is more higher;
 
Through regular and continuous updating and learning, the sales staff have a better understanding of the company's clutch products, brake products and hydraulic products. Provide customers with better service.
